Tourism business update and actions following Government advice on COVID-19

After careful consideration, we believe it is correct that we postpone all events in the distillery until at least 18th April. This is to aid social distancing and slow down the spread of Coronavirus, hopefully doing our bit to relieve some of pressure on our fabulous NHS.

As this is very much a moving beast, this date is very much changeable, and we will continue to update. We will review this each week and make the necessary arrangements.

What to do if I have a booking or planned to visit for a drink?

Distillery Tour Bookings:

Emails will be sent to the address that the booking was made with providing a course of actions. We hope you want to re-book with us for another date as this will help our business at this testing time, however we will offer a full refund to those that need it.

The Cuckoo’s Nest:

Our next scheduled night was due to be 28th March. This is now postponed. We will look to replace this date when we can to ensure that our pop-up food partners don’t miss out on trade.

Supper Club with Dinner at Maria’s:

Our event on 26th March is postponed. As this booking takes place on an external website managed by WeFiFo, you will automatically be given a refund into the account you made the payment with. Ourselves and Maria will look to re-arrange this date and give priority to those that have missed out.

Coffee Stop:

The new weekday Coffee Stop is now closed until further notice.

We must stress that Brindle Distillery will remain open for production, distillation and distribution. We have free delivery on our website on all 70cl bottles. We will also add a couple of tonics to each order.

Mark and Tom will be hosting virtual tours on our Facebook page, this will involve a deep dive into how we make our Gins, some perfect serves and a chance for any live questions. Something to lift spirits during isolation.

Finally, we wish all our supporters as well as everyone good physical and mental health over this difficult period and look forward to increased openings over summer.

A heartfelt Best Wishes from our family to yours.
