Serves 1
50ml Cask Aged Gin
Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel
Brown Sugar

In a mixing glass, add a teaspoon of brown sugar and 3 dashes of the bitters. Pound and mix the crush the sugar, add a handful of ice and 25ml of the Gin. Stir for 30 seconds. Then add more ice and the final 25ml of Gin. Stir again for a good minute. Then garnish with a peel of orange.
